Change Does The Body Good!

Heres a quick meal guideline to follow

Breakfast


-Greek yogurt parfait + berries + chopped nuts + oats


-Veggie omelet + whole-grain toast + orange


-Overnight oats with chia + peanut butter + sliced banana


Lunch

-Big salad: mixed greens + chickpeas + quinoa + veggies + olive-oil vinaigrette


-Turkey or tofu whole-grain wrap + side of carrots & hummus


-Lentil soup + side salad + whole-grain roll


Dinner

-Salmon (or black-bean patties) + brown rice + roasted broccoli


-Stir-fry: tofu/chicken + mixed vegetables + soba/brown rice


-Chili with beans + avocado + side of slaw


Snack

Fruit + nuts; veggies + hummus; edamame; popcorn; cottage cheese + pineapple.
